We worked with Jeanne and Nora Lofgren recently to sell our home in Westbury. We were drawn to working with them because we remembered that they were the seller’s agents when we purchased the home, and we recalled how professional they were at that time. We were very pleased to work with them again. They made the entire process extremely easy for us which was a great relief as it was a busy and stressful time in our lives. They came prepared to our first meeting with a binder full of comparable properties and information about the neighborhood as well as a time table of what we would need to do in order to get the house ready to sell. This level of organization was really important to us. Jeanne was available via phone/text any time we needed to ask a question or to receive an update. They recommended a very competitive and reasonable price which drew a lot of interest to our property and then helped us sort through the multiple offers we received so that we ultimately closed for above our asking price. The house was on the market for less than a week. As first time home buyers/sellers we were relieved to be in such capable hands! We appreciated the personalized touch they brought to their work – few people in this day and age take the time to send hand written letters and thank you cards, but this attention to detail makes their business really stand out and we appreciated the effort they went to on our behalf.
